Important Information

* All taxes are included in the quoted rate.
* Extra items not mentioned, or of a personal nature, will be charged to the guest's private account.
* The quoted rate is per unit, per night.
* No meals or servicing of the unit are included in the quoted rate (Presidential Penthouse and Premier Studio).
* Bath and beach towels are provided. Fresh linen is supplied every 4th night.
If the 4th night falls on a Saturday, linen will be changed on Friday.
If it falls on a Sunday, linen will be changed on Monday.
* Garbage removal and bathroom cleaning take place with linen changes only. No additional servicing of the unit will be done during your stay.
* Additional cleaning can be booked at Reception at an extra charge. Booking is essential.
Cleaning does not include tidying up, babysitting, cooking, laundry, or any personal services.
Housekeeping includes mopping floors, cleaning windows, washing dishes, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
For efficient cleaning, please ensure all personal items are packed away in cupboards or taken with you. No clothing or other items may be left on beds, furniture, or floors.
* Items of value must be stored in the unit's electronic safe or taken with you when leaving. The establishment does not accept responsibility for lost or left-behind items.
* No smoking is allowed in any of our units.
* One parking bay is allocated per unit. Please park only in your designated bay.
* Trailers (if applicable) must be parked in the allocated trailer area.
* Units are equipped with a Smart TV for access to your own Netflix, DStv, Prime Video, etc.
* All units have air conditioning.
* Free Wi-Fi is available in the unit.
* Braai facilities are available on request. Please bring your own wood and firelighters.
* Pets are not permitted in any of our units.
* Units are affected by loadshedding. Emergency lights are installed, but they last for a limited time. Please use lighting sparingly during outages.
* Loadshedding schedules are available on request. Please familiarise yourself with the schedule and plan accordingly (charging devices, use of hairdryers, etc.).
* Due to the layout of the building (open public passages), a Good Neighbour Policy applies. We kindly request that guests keep noise levels low and speak softly when entering or exiting the building.
* No noise, including loud music, is permitted between 22h00 and 08h00.
* No parties or entertaining are allowed in any of our units.
* Only the maximum number of guests per unit is allowed at any time:
Penthouse Apartment: maximum 8 guests
2-Bedroom Apartments: maximum 2 guests
